2022-2024 Cummins Delete Tuning Kit

I recently purchased an equipment bundle from The Diesel Dudes for my 2024 Ram 6.7 Cummins, and I could not be more impressed—not only with the products themselves, but especially with the exceptional level of customer service I received both before and after the sale.

There was no runaround, no waiting days for an email response, and no feeling that once the sale was complete I was on my own. She was sincerely helpful, knowledgeable, and focused on getting the issue resolved.

That level of service carries particular weight with me because, prior to 2007, I owned a diesel performance company myself. I have experience on both sides of this industry, and I know firsthand how dramatically the quality and responsiveness of post-sale support can vary. Some vendors can take days—or even a week—to respond when a customer needs technical assistance. My experience with The Diesel Dudes was exactly the opposite.

2022-2024 Cummins Delete Tuning Kit

The tune kit came with an installation video of Dark Iron Diesel which I’ve watched several times prior to ordering my kit so I knew mostly what to expect. When going through the tuning process, I did get an error code which required me to swap old and new ECMs a couple times as well as contact RaceMe directly for support. RaceMe tech was able to walk me through the steps necessary after sending me a recovery file for my truck to get it properly tuned and running. After the whole process, I would still recommend this kit because I’ve seen an improvement in MPGs. I was getting 12-13 mpg in town prior to tuning and am now getting 17-18 in town but get up to 24 mpg on the interstate in my 2500. All in all, I’m happy with the kit. The cost was definitely steep up front but I know my truck will now be able to last much longer than a stock engine with all the emissions **** on it.

I used the diesel dudes to delete my wife’s eco diesel jeep, and at the same time used a different company to delete my 23 Ram without getting a new ECM. I originally went this route because I could use an EZlynk to tune them both. The jeep runs great to this day, my truck had some issues. One of the biggest issues was it was having a rough time starting as the weather got colder. Come to find out that the tune from the other company for what every reason wasn’t cycling the grid heater. I reached out to their support team and got nothing back for 2.5 weeks, all the while it was still getting colder and I had to have the truck hooked up to a block heater to get it to start in the morning. The other companies solution, wire the grid heater relay to a switch and manually turn it on when needed. That’s when I took the dive with the diesel dudes, I know, it’s a chunk of money. But, after an ECM swap and tunes with the raceme ultra my truck is running the way it’s supposed to and stronger than before. The process might seem intimidating, but let me assure you the diesel dudes and raceme Canada are in your corner. I called and spoke to both companies about questions and had answers the same day, not 2.5 weeks later. Thanks diesel dudes keep up the good work!
