The 4" DPF Delete Exhaust for the 2011–2019 Ford 6.7 Powerstroke pulls the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and catalytic converter (CAT) off your F-250, F-350, or F-450 Super Duty. That ends the regen cycles, heat buildup, and backpressure that rob your truck of power and fuel economy. If you've already got a delete tune running or you're planning one, this is the matching exhaust that finishes the job.

The DPF forces your engine into regen cycles, burning extra fuel at high temperatures to incinerate trapped soot. Those cycles kill MPG and stress the engine, and they fail eventually anyway. A 4" delete pipe eliminates all of it. Without DPF backpressure, your turbo spools faster and EGTs drop under load.

This is a 4" high-quality T409 stainless steel exhaust that connects from the downpipe and runs the full length of the truck, replacing the OEM DPF and CAT sections with a straight, free-flowing pipe. OEM-style hangers and clamps lock it in the same way the factory exhaust did, so there's no cutting, no fabrication, and no welding. It comes with the full exhaust, the hangers and clamps, and a step-by-step installation guide. Nothing else to source.

It fits 2011 through 2019 F-250, F-350, and F-450 Super Duty pickups with the 6.7L Powerstroke, across all cab and box lengths. It does not fit Cab & Chassis trucks, which need custom routing, and it doesn't fit 6.0L or 6.4L engines. You'll want a compatible delete tune to keep DPF codes away. Free shipping is included.
