The 5" DPF Delete Exhaust for the 2020–2022 Ford 6.7 Powerstroke removes the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and catalytic converter (CAT) from your exhaust path — ending the regen cycles, backpressure, and EGT spikes that hold these Powerstroke engines back. It's the best-selling Powerstroke 5" full exhaust, built from high-quality T-409 stainless steel.
The 6.7 is a capable engine, but it still runs the same DPF and regen-cycle design. Those regens burn extra fuel and spike EGTs right when you're working the engine hardest, and a clogged DPF means a replacement bill. A 5" delete pipe pulls the filter out of the equation entirely.
The pipe runs from the factory downpipe connection back through the full exhaust, replacing the DPF, CAT, and every restrictive section with a free-flowing 5" tube. OEM-style hangers and clamps bolt to the factory mount points, so there's no welding — and it fits all cab and box lengths. With the restriction gone, the turbo builds boost quicker off the line, EGTs drop under towing and heavy pulls, and you stop dumping fuel into the exhaust to burn soot. One avoided DPF replacement pays for the pipe on its own.
This fits the 2020, 2021, and 2022 F-250, F-350, and F-450 Super Duty with the 6.7L Powerstroke. It does not fit Cab & Chassis models without modification, and it does not fit 2019 or earlier trucks — those use a different exhaust setup. You'll need a compatible delete tune to clear DPF codes from your ECM. Shipping is free, exhaust systems are final sale, and a faulty or wrong product gets replaced.
