Both our BDX and EZ Lynk custom tunes include multiple power levels, so you can run your truck the way you want. The included rotary switch lets you change between levels in real time (also known as “shift on the fly”).

BDX power settings:

Level 1: +30 HP. Ideal for daily driving and towing.
Level 2: +60 HP. Ideal for daily driving and light towing.
Level 3: +90 HP. Ideal for daily driving.
Level 4: +120 HP. Ideal for performance applications.
Level 5: +150 HP. Ideal for performance applications.

Important for BDX: install the included rotary switch to access these power levels. Without it, your truck stays on Level 1 (+30 HP).

EZ Lynk power settings:

Level 1 (Stock): no added HP. Ideal for daily driving and towing.
Level 2: +50 HP. Ideal for daily driving and towing.
Level 3: +100 HP. Ideal for daily driving and towing.
Level 4: +150 HP. Ideal for performance applications.
Level 5: +200 HP. Ideal for performance applications.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Full Delete bundle will permanently upgrade your truck to work without the suffocating factory emissions system.

This means you can remove ALL emissions-related parts and sensors for good, including:

DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter)
DEF Tank (Diesel Exhaust Fluid)
EGR System (Exhaust Gas Recirculation)
CAT (Catalytic Converters, including DOC and NOx)

This is made possible by our custom delete tunes that wipe away the emissions system from your truck’s computer.

How it works

Plug in the tuner. Connect it to your truck’s OBD-II port, located under the steering wheel.
Load the tune. Follow the installation instructions we send you. Tech support is available if you need a hand.
Remove the parts. Once the emissions system is “deleted” from the programming, you can remove everything holding your diesel back.

What’s in the kit

DPF/CAT delete pipe: bolts in where the factory DPF and CAT were.
EGR delete kit: lets you remove the factory EGR system, seal the openings, and reroute exhaust out the pipe.

Sometimes the BDX shows an error code or doesn’t recognize your truck. The fix is simple: update the device by connecting it to your computer. We’ll email you troubleshooting instructions, and if you get stuck, contact us at support@thedieseldudes.com.

Right after you complete your purchase, we’ll email you a vehicle information form. We need it before we can build your custom tune, so processing starts once you submit the form. Processing takes 1–2 business days, and then your kit ships.

Returns

Each item in this bundle has its own return policy, so please read carefully:

BDX and EZ Lynk delete tuners: built to order, so they aren’t eligible for refunds or cancellations. We guarantee the tuner will work, and if you receive a faulty or damaged tuner, we’ll replace it.
Exhaust systems and DPF/CAT delete pipes: final sale and not eligible for a refund or return. If you receive a faulty or wrong product, we’ll send you a replacement.
EGR delete kit: returnable within 30 days of purchase if unused (never installed on your truck). You’re responsible for return shipping, and there’s a $30 restocking fee.

The 6.7 Powerstroke Delete Kit for the 2017, 2018, and 2019 Ford F-250, F-350, and F-450 permanently upgrades your truck to run without the factory emissions system, ending "See Dealer" codes, check engine lights, limp mode, and forced regen cycles. It removes all the emissions parts for good: the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), DEF tank (Diesel Exhaust Fluid), EGR system (Exhaust Gas Recirculation), and CAT (Catalytic Converters, including the DOC and NOX).

You can build it two ways, both with the 4" rust-resistant DPF/CAT delete pipe and complete EGR delete kit: the BDX Package uses a BullyDog BDX tuner with rotary switch, the EZ Lynk Package an EZ Lynk tuner with rotary switch. An optional 5" P1 Race Pipes exhaust and muffler are also available.

Both tunes carry five shift-on-the-fly power levels. The BDX runs +30, +60, +90, +120, and +150HP, and needs the Switch On The Fly installed or it defaults to Level 1. The EZ Lynk runs Stock, +50, +100, +150, and +200HP. Transmission tuning is included, and the BDX ships preloaded.

Deleting the factory system that's been suffocating your diesel brings a 5 MPG increase on average. Install needs no welding: the DPF pipe uses included bolts and clamps, the EGR kit is bolt-on, and installation videos are emailed to you.

What exactly is a “Full Delete Kit” or “Delete Bundle”?

A Full Delete Kit removes all emissions components that commonly fail—DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation), and DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) systems. Our kits include the tuner, delete pipes, and any required sensors or block-off plates—customized for your truck’s make, model, and year.

How hard is the install? Can I do it myself?

Most of our customers install the kit themselves with basic tools in a garage or driveway. Average install time: - DPF pipe: 1–2 hours - EGR delete: 2–4 hours - Tuning: 20–40 minutes We include guides and offer full lifetime support.

What happens to all the warning lights and codes after deleting?

Our custom tuning disables all emissions-related codes, CELs (Check Engine Lights), and regen cycles. Once the tune is installed, the truck will stop trying to regen or enter limp mode.

Is this legal in my state or province?

Delete kits are for off-road and race-use only. They are not legal for highway use in the U.S. or Canada, especially in states with strict emissions laws (like California). Many customers in rural areas or provinces without emissions testing still choose to delete for reliability and performance.

Do I need to remove the EGR or can I leave it installed but disabled?

Many customers opt to electronically disable the EGR without physically removing it, especially for a cleaner engine bay or quicker install. Our tuners support both full deletes and “leave-in-place” disable setups.

Will this improve my fuel economy?

Yes. Most customers report a gain of 2–5 MPG depending on driving style, tune level, and truck setup. You’ll also eliminate DEF refills and regen cycles, which further saves fuel.

Do I need to cut or weld anything?

No cutting or welding is needed for most applications. Our pipes bolt up directly to factory locations and use existing mounts and gaskets. We make it easy to return to stock if needed.

Will the truck be louder after deleting?

Deleting the DPF will make the exhaust louder. You’ll hear more turbo spool, engine tone, and exhaust note, especially with a straight pipe. We offer optional mufflers for those who want a quieter ride.

The whole kit

The whole kit was very simple to install. The instructions were very simple to read. Now I did it by myself which I don’t really recommend especially when I was taking out the def canister. However it’s doable, and everything else was a piece of cake. The tuner updating and tuning the truck process was very easy as well. Very well explained in the instructions. The quality of the parts were 10/10. The sounds of just the delete pipe is perfect to me, and the SOF **** is one of my favorite things as well. All and all I would say it was actually easier to install than I thought it would be!!

So, start off saying I got about 9 Miles to the gallon more. Uh, the sound is amazing. The power increase is amazing. And throw in there. You cannot be dissatisfied without having to mess with death anymore. All in all I love the product. Easy install, everything fit perfect.

It did take a couple of tries to get the delete done. It seemed to freeze partway through. I did the update with the computer and tried it again, with a sceptical mind, thinking I would send it back and get a refund if it gave any problems.
It completed the delete at about the same rate that was said it would take. I installed SOTF, disconnected the 100 connectors on the dpf, and the 3 on the engine, and took it for an easy ride. No problems. The next day, I pulled the egr cooler, no problem. I had bought an inductive heater a while back, so the titanium trouble bolts got heated good, and once I felt movement, I squirted a little water and the bolt released really easily.
The dpf system is a bit intimidating when you work by yourself, but jackstands help.
I found that unbolting th rubber mount brackets from the frame was easiest for me. Ford did a good job of making the downpipe to dpf screws difficult to get to without having a good tool selection and patience. A tool go getter would help, especially if you work from the floor. I removed the dpf and egr cooler, and replaced the pipe in about 8 hours by myself. Taking my time and taking a few breaks. The next morning was spent tying up any connectors and double checking. I went for a short run, then parked it until the next day. I did some errands, came home, checked everything and it was all good. The super dog ran well.
I am happy with the BDX delete. Diesel Dudes answered my many questions before and after I pulled the trigger. If I knew enough folks that wanted this done, I would put my retired **** to work doing some deleting.
Very happy so far. Immediate seat of the pants power feel. As of the few miles I have put on the truck so far, i have noticed approx. 2 mpg increase just around town. I actually am anxious for my next long trip in order to see how that works out.
