The EGR Delete Kit for 2014–2018 EcoDiesel 3.0L removes the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve and cooler — stopping the soot buildup, clogging, and performance loss that come from factory cooler setups recirculating harmful gases through your engine. One kit covers both the Ram 1500 and the Jeep Grand Cherokee EcoDiesel, with one important difference: it's a full valve-and-cooler delete on the Ram, and a valve-only delete on the Jeep.
Factory cooler setups recirculate soot and harmful gases through your engine, causing buildup and clogs that drag down performance and lead to proven mechanical issues. Left alone, a failing EGR system can cause overheating, head gasket damage, poor fuel economy, limp mode, and repairs often over $2,000. On the Ram this kit completely removes the EGR valve and cooler, seals the intake passages, and reroutes coolant flow. On the Jeep it deletes the valve only — the cooler stays.
The hardware is built right: billet aluminum construction, nickel-plated steel flanges, a stainless steel bracket, high-temp silicone hoses, zinc-coated hardware, and precision O-rings. Everything needed for a complete install is in the box, and you only need basic tools. Tuning is required whenever you delete your EGR — the HP Tuner is perfect for this application. Improved exhaust flow lets the turbo spool faster, coolant temps drop, and most customers see 1–3 MPG.
Fits 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 Ram 1500 (full delete) and Jeep Grand Cherokee (valve-only) with the 3.0L EcoDiesel. Free shipping; 30-day returns on unused kits.
