The EGR Delete Kit for the 2018-2019 Ford 3.0L Powerstroke completely removes the EGR valve and EGR cooler, stopping the soot buildup and proven mechanical issues that come when factory cooler setups recirculate harmful gases through your engine.

Those factory cooler setups recirculate soot and harmful gases back through the engine, causing buildup and clogs that cost you performance. The valve sticks, the cooler clogs, and coolant temperatures climb. This kit removes the problem instead of patching it, and it's engineered to recirculate engine coolant faster and more efficiently than the stock EGR system. Hot exhaust gases stop getting rerouted into the intake, improved exhaust flow lets the turbocharger spool faster for quicker throttle response, and coolant temperatures come down.

The high-quality components include billet aluminum construction, nickel plated steel flanges, a stainless steel dipstick tube bracket, high temp silicone hoses, zinc coated hardware, and precision O-rings, along with all hardware and gaskets.
