The EGR Delete Kit for the 2007.5-2010 LMM Duramax permanently removes the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system from your Silverado or Sierra, stopping the carbon soot deposits and valve failures, and keeping hot exhaust gases from getting re-routed back into your engine.

The EGR sends hot exhaust gases back into the intake, depositing soot on valves and manifold walls. Backpressure builds, the valve wears, and limp mode follows.

This kit blocks the EGR circuit so exhaust gases stay out of the intake for good. It eliminates soot buildup and clogged EGR valves, stops the hot gas re-route, and ships with all hardware and gaskets — nothing to source separately. The install is DIY-friendly with instructions.
