Q: Can I revert back to OEM/Factory settings?

  • Yes! You will have the ability to revert back if needed be via the tuner directly.

Q: Do I have to delete ALL emissions parts?

  • You have to delete the DPF. But all emissions systems are shut off with the tune, so you can unplug any sensors/wiring where applicable. EGR deletes are optional but highly recommended for the best reliability. At the very least make sure to unplug the EGR wiring harness.

Q: Does the tuner need to remain plugged in?

  • Once the delete tune is installed, you can unplug the EZ Lynk. But you'll need it plugged to use its other features. If you are using the Shift on the fly features, you will only require the switch to be installed and the correct tune file installed.

Q: Can I tune multiple trucks?

Q: How do I receive my tune file?

  • TThe Ez-Lynk uses cloud software. Once you plug in your Ez Lynk into the OBD-II port, the device will recognize your VIN and show your list of tunes.

Q: Does the EZ-Lynk have a screen?

  • No. You can use any Apple or Android device to control the EZ-lynk via the Auto Agent 3 app.

  • Yes, but only one truck can be deleted at once. The Mini Maxx becomes VIN locked to one truck and will only let you tune another truck if you return the first truck back to factory settings. Our included instructions manual explains how to do this.

Q: Will aftermarket parts like turbos, tires, fuel pumps, etc. mess up my tune?

  • Generally speaking, the Mini Maxx delete tune is not effected by modifications.  If any codes arise you can clear them. You can also re-install the tune anytime if anything unusual happens.

Q: Is the tuner new or refurbished?

  • We only sell brand new products.

The H&S Mini Maxx V1.0 Delete Tuner for the Ram 5.9 and 6.7 Cummins covers two Cummins generations in one handheld device, the 2006–2007 5.9L and the 2007.5–2012 6.7L, with tunes preloaded and ready to install the day the box arrives.

Deleting the factory emissions system that's been suffocating your diesel makes a night-and-day difference, including a 5 MPG increase on average and fewer trips to the repair shop. Over time the savings pay for the kit.

It plugs into the OBD-II port under your steering wheel and reflashes the ECM directly, with no laptop and no shipping your ECM. The tune disables all emissions monitoring, so no more "See Dealer" codes, check engine lights, regen cycles, or limp mode. It strips the DPF, EGR, DEF, CAT, SCR, DOC, and EGT from your programming. The 6.7L models also get Shift on the Fly, so you change power levels from a button without re-flashing.

The box includes the Minimax V1.0 with all required cables and accessories, the delete tune preloaded on the device, and official installation instructions. The 2006–2007 5.9L runs Stock, +50HP, +120HP, and +175HP, while the 2007.5–2012 6.7L runs Stock, +60HP, +120HP, and +175HP. A built-in high-resolution gauge tracks up to 20 metrics and displays four at once, and an automatic EGT safety backdown protects the engine when you're pushing hard. Transmission tuning is available for 68RFE models only.

It's compatible with 2500 and 3500 Cummins models only and will not fit Cab & Chassis trucks. Install is plug-and-play, and there's a 30-day return policy on tuners that aren't damaged or internally manipulated, subject to restocking fees.

A delete tuner is a device that reprograms your truck’s ECM (computer) to turn off emissions systems like the DPF, EGR, and DEF, allowing your truck to run without those components.
You MUST remove your DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), as the filter will clog and stop all exhaust flow when shut off. 

You will no longer need DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid), and you may remove your DEF tank if you wish, or it can sit empty. The EGR may remain as is, but we recommend removing the physical parts as well.

No. Delete tuners disable emissions systems, so your truck will not pass emissions tests in areas where they're required. Some states have exemptions (e.g. heavy-duty or rural-use trucks).
