HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Full Delete bundle(s) will permanently upgrade your truck to work without the suffocating factory emissions system.

This means you can remove ALL emissions-related parts and sensors for good, including the:

- DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter)

- DEF tank (Diesel Exhaust fluid)

- EGR System (Exhaust Gas Recirculation)

- CAT (Catalytic Converters, including DOC and NOX, etc.)

This is made possible by our custom delete tunes that wipe away the emissions system from your truck’s computer.

All you have to do is:

Plug the tuner into your truck’s OBDII port (located under the steering wheel)

Follow the tune installation instructions we sent you. (Tech support is also available).

Once the pesky emissions system is “deleted” from your truck’s programming, you can proceed to remove all of the parts that are holding your diesel back from running at its best.

Our kit includes a DPF/CAT delete pipe that bolts in place of the original DPF and CAT in the exhaust system.

Lastly, the EGR delete kit will allow you to fully remove the original EGR system, seal shut the openings, and reroute the exhaust to flow out of the pipe.

The good news is, our the EZ lynk device comes preloaded with your delete tunes, just plug it into your truck’s OBDII port and follow our instructions to install your tune.

To install the DPF delete pipe, you’ll need basic tools you probably already own (things like wrenches, ratchets, etc.). There is no welding required; it is installed using bolts and clamps (which we provide).

All of the pieces of the EGR delete kit are bolt on as well, no welding required. We will email you installation videos for these parts as well.

If you are a complete fish out of water when it comes to working on your truck, we highly recommend hiring a shop to do the install for you.

If you order the EFI live device, please note, the delete tunes are NOT preloaded on this device.

You will be emailed your delete tunes.

You will then use the EFI Live V8 software (Free to install) to download the delete tune from your computer to your EFI Live device.

We will provide basic instructions on how to do this, but please be aware, a Windows 7+ Computer Required is required, no Macs or old PCs.

In addition, basic computer skills are required.

We recommend the EZ Lynk bundle if this sounds like too much hassle for you.

The tune we create for the EFI Live & Ez Lynk are custom delete tunes.

After purchasing any bundle, you will be emailed a vehicle information form.

Please fill out the form electronically with the information required (Such as VIN, year/make/model, etc.)

We will require this from to be filled out before we ship out your order. If you do not see the email, please contact us.

If you ordered the EZ Lynk, we will ship your Ez lynk with the tunes ready to be installed. Once you install the Ez Lynk to your truck and go through the set up process, your tunes will appear under the ECU profiles.

For the EFI Live, we will send you the delete tune file via email with instructions on how to download it. Please read the tab above for more information.

If you choose EZ Lynk Bundle, you do not need a computer, the following is only for the EFI Live Bundle:

To make sure you don't run into any problems with your EFI Live delete tuner, make sure your computer or laptop meets the minimum system requirements.

Software: EFI Live Scan & Tune Software V8. Download it for free at EFI Live's website.

Operation System: PC or Laptop with Windows 10 or 11. Not compatible of Macintosh or Linux.

Connectivity: One available USB port to connect the EFI Live tuner to your computer.

Display: We recommend a standard monitor or laptop screen.

Storage: Minimum of 1GB of available hard drive space.

We have different return policies for each item in the bundles, please read carefully:

1) The EFI Live is a built to order product and not eligible for refunds and cancellations. We guarantee the tuner will work. If you received a faulty or damaged tuner we will replace it. Please refer to the IMPORTANT EFI LIVE INFORMATION tab for more information about the EFI Live tuner.

2) All exhaust systems and DPF/CAT delete pipes are final sale and not eligible for a refund or return. However, if you receive a faulty product or the wrong product, we will send you a replacement.

3) The EGR Delete Kit is eligible for returns only if it is unused (ie: it was never installed on your truck) within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping fees. There is also a $30 restocking fee.

The Ram Cummins 6.7 Full Delete Kit for 2007–2009 Ram 2500 and 3500 permanently removes the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), DEF system, EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation), and CAT — wiping every emission-related code, warning, and limp mode trigger from your ECM.

These early 6.7 trucks launched with DPF and EGR systems that have well-documented failure modes, from wasteful regen cycles to EGR cooler failures. Your tuner plugs into the OBDII port and wipes the emissions programming, then the included 4" rust-resistant DPF & CAT delete pipe bolts in place of the factory units and the EGR delete kit blocks off the passages and reroutes flow. No cutting or welding — it all installs with bolts and clamps we provide.

You choose your tuner. The EFI Live bundle ships with the tuner, delete tune software (emailed after purchase), and a rotary switch; the EZ Lynk bundle comes with preloaded tunes and connects to your phone via the AutoAgent app for live monitoring. Both include transmission tuning. EFI Live runs four levels — Stock, +65, +100, +130 HP — and EZ Lynk runs five — Stock, +40, +80, +120, +160 HP. An optional 5" exhaust and muffler are available.

What exactly is a “Full Delete Kit” or “Delete Bundle”?

A Full Delete Kit removes all emissions components that commonly fail—DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation), and DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) systems. Our kits include the tuner, delete pipes, and any required sensors or block-off plates—customized for your truck’s make, model, and year.

How hard is the install? Can I do it myself?

Most of our customers install the kit themselves with basic tools in a garage or driveway. Average install time: - DPF pipe: 1–2 hours - EGR delete: 2–4 hours - Tuning: 20–40 minutes We include guides and offer full lifetime support.

What happens to all the warning lights and codes after deleting?

Our custom tuning disables all emissions-related codes, CELs (Check Engine Lights), and regen cycles. Once the tune is installed, the truck will stop trying to regen or enter limp mode.

Is this legal in my state or province?

Delete kits are for off-road and race-use only. They are not legal for highway use in the U.S. or Canada, especially in states with strict emissions laws (like California). Many customers in rural areas or provinces without emissions testing still choose to delete for reliability and performance.

Do I need to remove the EGR or can I leave it installed but disabled?

Many customers opt to electronically disable the EGR without physically removing it, especially for a cleaner engine bay or quicker install. Our tuners support both full deletes and “leave-in-place” disable setups.

Will this improve my fuel economy?

Yes. Most customers report a gain of 2–5 MPG depending on driving style, tune level, and truck setup. You’ll also eliminate DEF refills and regen cycles, which further saves fuel.

Do I need to cut or weld anything?

No cutting or welding is needed for most applications. Our pipes bolt up directly to factory locations and use existing mounts and gaskets. We make it easy to return to stock if needed.

Will the truck be louder after deleting?

Deleting the DPF will make the exhaust louder. You’ll hear more turbo spool, engine tone, and exhaust note, especially with a straight pipe. We offer optional mufflers for those who want a quieter ride.

2009 Dodge Ram 3500

I ordered the full delete bundle with the EZ Lynk 3 tuner. I purchased the kit from The Diesel Dudes based on a review done by Dark Iron Diesel. The kit is straight forward, directions and videos were very helpful even though they did not match my year and truck model exactly. I have the G56 6-speed manual transmission, crew cab, and long box. I stuck with the 4” exhaust and kept my original muffler and tailpipe. It runs and sounds great! I wish I had done this years ago. I am the original owner of the truck which has 160,000 miles on it. Next mod is to put on a new intake and grid heater delete. I’m 62 years old and did most of the job myself. I did however rope one of my sons into wrestling with the exhaust system, lol! It’s a great kit!

The delete kit bundle was exactly what I needed to delete my Ram Cummins out product showed up promptly when stated and was extremely easy to operate we are very happy with the outcome.

2007.5 delete and cold air intake

I ordered the full delete bundle with EFI live and a S&B cold air intake. The order showed up in a timely manner and the delete parts fit well tuner was a little more complicated than I like compared to the EZ link. The problem is had falls in the cold air intake. It showed up with the wrong plumbing and though in the end it was made right it took nearly two weeks of arguing and sending photos to prove the kit came with the wrong pipe it didn't even match the part numbers. It would be better if this type of issue was handled it a more timely and professional manner. But now all parts are in and the customer is happy with the final results.
