SCT/BDX Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor Kit

The SCT/BDX EGT Sensor Kit gives your diesel real-time Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) readings through your existing SCT or BDX tuner after a delete. If you pulled the factory EGT probe as part of your DPF removal, this kit puts you back in control — plug-and-play, with a stainless steel probe and RFI shielding for accurate monitoring. It's the best-selling Powerstroke EGT sensor.

Once the factory DPF system is out, the OEM EGT setup usually goes with it — but exhaust temps are critical data when you're towing or pushing the engine hard. This sensor closes that gap. It uses a compact, encapsulated enclosure with an industry-standard Type-K connector and an SCT/BDX Firewire connector, so it ties straight into your tuner with no adapters or interface modules.

It's compatible with the SCT X4, SCT BDX, SCT Livewire, and Bully Dog BDX — anything running the SCT/BDX Firewire connector. The stainless steel probe stands up to high exhaust temperatures, the RFI shielding keeps electrical noise from corrupting the signal, and the dual-ferrule compression fitting with 1/8-inch NPT thread threads into a 1/8-inch NPT bung in your exhaust. You'll need that bung already in place to mount it.
