Vehicle Fitment

Our mufflers fit all Powerstroke, Cummins and Duramax models available on our website. This will fit any 4" aftermarket straight pipe exhaust system. 

Installation

You will have to measure and cut your current exhaust for this to fit. We recommend welding the muffler in place. However, you can also clamp them on. Clamps are NOT included.

4” Optimal Flow Muffler

All the reviews were correct. The muffler is awesome. It idles as factory now without the spewing sound. Still has the deep tone. Would definitely buy again. Also, I had to call the diesel dudes for questions and they were very helpful.

Optimal flow muffler

Muffler took all the drone and roar out of cab due to the straight pipe truck still has a real good sound but I am able to concentrate and talk while I drive. Overall, this is a good muffler for the money.

It’s factory sound

If you have a F-250 2022 deleted 4 inch straight pipe and replaced that one section before the rear with this muffler, it will sound like factory again, with no drone affect at highway speeds .
